Terms of Service

 

  • All subscription payments and refunds shall be handled exclusively through the payment network chosen by Even Balance, Inc. (currently PayPal).
  • Subscriptions can be canceled and deleted at any time by Even Balance, Inc. without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all, and without recourse.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the contact person of record for the subscription account via email to services@evenbalance.com - the contact person of record must clearly specify which subscription account name is to be cancelled and provide the Admin Password associated with the subscription - the effective date of cancellation is the date that the email is received by Even Balance, Inc.
  • Within 10 days of cancellation, a refund, if any, will be sent to the contact person of record and refund, if any, will be tendered in US Dollars. The refund, if any, will be equal to the advance payments for each complete month remaining on the subscription account.
  • Subscriptions may not be resold to third parties.
  • Even Balance, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to filter offensive language from any and all text associated with subscriptions at any time and without notice.
  • Even Balance, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to keep necessary servers up and running properly.
  • Even Balance, Inc. is not responsible for equipment failure, server downtime, information routing issues, or any other undesirable circumstance or occurance related to the subscription.
  • Even Balance, Inc. makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind to subscribers.
  • The subscription database and all aspects related thereto are the property of Even Balance, Inc.
  • The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from and/or related to services provided by Even Balance, Inc. is in Harris County, Texas, USA. Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA.
